Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Cedar Cart order. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are issued as store credit or by cash/transfer once the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective items & warranty

Your tracker is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If it stops working within this period, contact us for a replacement.

Not eligible

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing their original packaging may not qualify for a return.
