Does the tracker work with my phone?

Yes — it works with both iPhone (Apple Find My) and Android (Google Find Hub), so you can locate your items on either platform.

How do I put a photo on the screen?

You choose your photo or message in the companion app, which sends it to the tracker's color e-ink screen over Bluetooth. You can change it anytime.

What can I track with it?

Keys, bags, luggage, backpacks, wallets, pet collars — anything you don't want to lose.

How do I pay?

We offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon — pay in cash when your order arrives.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–4 business days. Delivery fees vary by region and are confirmed when we contact you to arrange delivery.

Can I return it?

Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
